Protecting Your Data in the Philippines

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use Keego (the "Platform"). We comply with Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By accessing the Platform, you consent to the practices described here.


1. Information We Collect
  • Profile details such as your name, date of birth, and contact information submitted during account creation.
  • Credentials such as email address and encrypted passwords.
  • Transaction and booking history, including events you view or purchase.
  • Payment-related information provided to our secure payment partners (we never store full card details).
  • Usage data, device identifiers, approximate location, and cookies that help us improve the Platform.
2. How We Use Your Information

We process personal data only for legitimate purposes declared at the time of collection.

  • Providing and personalizing event discovery, ticketing, and account services.
  • Processing payments and sending electronic invoices compliant with Philippine regulations.
  • Sending transactional updates, reminders, and—where permitted—marketing communications.
  • Preventing fraud, enforcing our Terms of Service, and resolving disputes.
  • Generating anonymized analytics to improve user experience and platform reliability.
3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

  • Event organizers and partners strictly for fulfilling your bookings.
  • Payment gateways, fraud-prevention services, and cloud providers bound by data-processing agreements.
  • Government agencies or regulators when required by law, subpoena, or court order.
  • Successor entities in case of mergers or acquisitions, subject to continued privacy protections.
4. Data Storage and International Transfers

Servers may be located outside the Philippines. When cross-border transfers occur, we ensure adequate safeguards in line with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) guidance and execute standard contractual clauses with our processors.

5. Your Rights

Consistent with the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

  • Be informed about how your data is collected and processed.
  • Access, object to, or request correction or deletion of your personal information.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
  • File a complaint with the NPC if you believe your rights are violated.
6. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes stated above, to comply with legal obligations (such as Bureau of Internal Revenue retention periods), or to resolve disputes.

7. Security Measures

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, regular vulnerability monitoring, and restricted employee access on a need-to-know basis.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is not intended for users under 13. We promptly delete any data inadvertently collected from minors once notified.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect regulatory updates or new features. Material changes will be announced through the Platform or via email.
