1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or 13–17 with parental consent, to register. You affirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement under Philippine law.

2. Account Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and immediately notify us of unauthorized use.
• Keep your profile details current, especially your email and billing address.
• Accept that Keego may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

3. Ticket Purchases and Fees

• All ticket prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP) and may include taxes, service fees, or payment gateway charges.
• Sales are generally final. Refunds, transfers, or rebooking follow the event organizer's policy unless required by Philippine consumer laws.
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount.

4. Event Organizer Relationship

Keego facilitates transactions between users and event organizers. We are not the producer of most events unless explicitly stated. Organizers remain responsible for event quality, compliance, and fulfillment.

5. User Conduct

• Do not post or transmit harmful, defamatory, or unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to interfere with platform security, scrape data, or resell tickets without authorization.
• Respect intellectual property rights of Keego and third parties.

6. Philippine Consumer Protection

Keego complies with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and related e-commerce guidelines. We will honor valid refund or replacement requests mandated by law, subject to verification.

7. Disclaimers

Except where prohibited by law, we provide the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties. Event dates, lineups, and venues may change. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the affected transaction.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Keego, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

9. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be amicably resolved will be submitted to the proper courts of Taguig City, to the exclusion of other venues.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect regulatory changes or new features. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
